Order Confirmation and Delivery Information

Thank you for placing an order with us! We aim to dispatch your package as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 3 pm, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.* You will always receive an email with a track & trace code once your package leaves our warehouse, allowing you to track its current delivery status.

*Please note: During promotions, holidays, and sales, shipping may take longer.

Delivery

Orders of £50 or more are delivered free of charge within the UK! For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of £5 applies. Your order will be delivered by one of our partners: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or DHL. For deliveries outside the UK, shipping costs and delivery services will depend on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. You can monitor the status of your package through this link.

Entered the wrong address when ordering? Contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide the order number and correct address so they can check if it is possible to change the address. Please note: After you have completed your order, it will be processed automatically in our system within 30-60 minutes. Therefore, it is not always possible to change your address.

*It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Collection

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a pick-up point for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the delivery services, including the pick-up location details. If the package is not collected from the pick-up point, it will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to deduct restocking fees from the refund amount.

Delayed Delivery

Still waiting for your package? Nothing is more frustrating than having to wait a long time for your order. Typically, the delivery time for our products is around 5 working days. Occasionally, your package may be delayed or lost in the post. Don’t worry! We recommend emailing info@mila-jane.com. We will initiate a postal investigation to determine the status of your order and ensure you receive it as soon as possible. A postal investigation can take up to 7 working days.

Received a faulty or incorrect product? We apologize if something went wrong with processing your order. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately via email at info@mila-jane.com. Include photos of the defective or incorrect item as attachments. Our customer service team will review your message within one working day and work with you to find the best solution.
