Orders
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days! Please note that delivery may take a little longer during holidays and sales periods. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can monitor its delivery status. We hope you enjoy your purchase!
Once you have placed your order with us, it will be processed in our system within 30 to 60 minutes. Unfortunately, after this process, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the order, including changes to address details, colour, or size. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before placing it.
Nothing is more frustrating than having to wait a long time for your order. Sometimes, your package may be delayed or lost in transit. Don’t worry! We recommend that you email us at support@lucy-mae.co.uk. We will initiate a postal investigation to determine the status of your order and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible. Please note that a postal investigation can take up to 7 business days.
I'm sorry that you haven’t received a confirmation email! Sometimes, order confirmation and credit note emails end up in your junk or spam folder. Have you checked there?

Unfortunately, issues can sometimes occur with processing your order or the item may arrive damaged. We apologise for this. If this happens, please contact our customer service directly by email at support@lucy-mae.co.uk. It’s helpful to include photos of the incorrect or damaged item. Our customer service team will review your message within one business day and work with you to find the best solution!

Shipping & Returns
For orders of £50 or more, you can enjoy free delivery in the UK! For other orders, shipping costs start at approximately £5
At Lucy Mae, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and with the attached labels. Keep the return receipt safe until we have fully processed the return. For more information, you can consult our Return Policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code. You can use this link to monitor the status of your package.
If the item isn't quite what you expected, we're sorry to hear that! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at support@lucy-mae.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you (including if you wish to exchange an item). For more information, you can consult our Return Policy.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items with us, even in your shopping cart. As much as we want to provide the best service and satisfaction to all our customers, this is a request we cannot accommodate. So, be sure to act quickly to ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite items!
There will be no new production of our final sale items; these are items that are being completely removed from our collection.
Our items generally fit true to size. If you're unsure, you can use the size guide to determine the best fit. Most items have their own size guide.
To redeem a voucher or discount code, enter the code in the first section of the checkout process. Once you’ve done this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from your total amount.
